Works for ME.
I registered to vote by mail in VA back in January, but the Virginia Department of Elections somehow managed to lose my registration. So, I registered again last week. I hope I get my ballot soon so that I can vote in the Democratic primaries.
I've been voting by mail for 20 years already. I'm on auto-renew, so my ballot for any and all elections are automatically mailed to my home.

Hopefully, Emperor DuhSucksAss' recent "edicts" will not affect this.
