From the screenshot it seems build natively for Linux with the X11 libraries, it would be nice asking to owners if they are willing to open code. They could be also crowdfund the code as did by Blender.
Do you believe it is worth making an attempt with an online petition?

I mean the only reason why #archlinux hasn't a normal installer it is just arbitrary and it is a strategy to avoid to have too many people requesting assistance for nothing. It is a good strategy indeed, I did a full installation once, made a ton of disasters and never played with it anymore.
But this is a friendly way to install Arch... I am not sure I will install EndeavorOS on a real machine, I am not interested in Arch since I do not share the same vision, I prefer the way how #Debian handles technology and informatics.
I already use Debian as rolling distro, but if I would like to install a bleeding edge distro I would like to try #gentoo plus #flatpak to handle all desktop application I need and use the former only for having a system with a very minimum surface of attack.
Kudos to select #xfce as main DE for the offline option. It is still my favorite DE ever. However if I should do a constructive criticism I would say that I look forward for terminal installer like the one available on Debian or Ubuntu in order to avoid to run into the OS to perform the installation. That's it!

Now dear friends let me tell you an obviously that without Debian probably Ubuntu would never exist and let me also say that once you try Debian you never come back to Ubuntu. But the way you treat Debian and related project like #Raspian clearly show that you haven't done well your homework and for that still continue to speak just of *buntus.
I suggest you to try Debian in depth to understand well the project wholly not only on the technological part. I mean the approximations and commonplaces I heard constantly about the Debian project are quite unjustifiable.
Let me finish pointing out that your main sponsor uses Debian for its infrastructure...

Better UI, better settings, modern look! Started as a simple fork of #K-9mail now it is one of the best #floss #Email Client available for #android.
Warmly recommended if you are looking for a #freesoftware app for your mobile, I installed it from #f-droid.
I have been using #Devuan on #Virtualbox for while when I decided to change distro because Devuan is stuck in the transition of #Xfce4 to the newer version.
Hence I decided to to some (virtual) #distrohopping, to find a replacement, mainly #rollingdistro but I started with #Fedora.
With Fedora the installation was fine just a small issue to make the shared folders working. But afterward I decided to move on rolling system and I selected #Manjaro!
What unpleasant experience with #Manjaro, to much bloated, the shared folders didn't work out of the box neither following the Majaro wiki nor the Arch Linux wiki. Hence I decided to move on #Arch Linux.
The experience with #Arch was quite short didn't have time to make a manual installation, it was a shame but I couldn't. So I tried with #clearlinux.
Clear Linux worked fine with #Gnome3 was but it was to heavy hence I tried to install Xfce4 but I was unable to find a bundle to make working the shared folders hence I moved over.
#Opensuse #Tumbleweed and #SolusOS were unconsidered because not really suitable for a virtual machine with few resources available, and then I returned to the origin and I installed #Debian.
With #Debian I opted for a minimal installation, preferring Slim over Lightdm, and deactivating the suggested packages, the result is a very responsive system way more faster than Devuan. Shared folders worked out-of-the-box, just adding the user to the right group.

I am not sure if this is the most appropriate space but I have a question.
#SVG support in #GIMP would be a really nice feature in terms of vector clipping mask and vector shapes on Canvas rather than with Gfig. I was wondering if hasn't been included for technical reason, or because considered useless, or something else...

Let me also say to you that you speak about #Linux, #opensource and #freesoftware but you don't have even a federated/fediverse account, for the sake of what you profess it would be nice having you here for a real confrontation.
You stated that #RMS failed on all the fields he challenged, but this a lie as well as a misconception. Without RMS we would not have #GNU, the #GPL and consequently #Linux. He doesn't failed at all, however he hasn't win either. But it has been the main source of pressure against what Linux has became today, and today Linux sucks.
The #fsf movement is a mosquito among the elephants, too small but still able to annoy! In the good or the bad, RMS has been an unwieldy character, despite its stubbornness and attitude, because he created the impulse that launched everything we talk about daily and because his stuck with his ideals while all the others stakeholder have been trying constantly to hide the most important thing the: freedom.
Freedom is a true value while open source just means a developing method. Please don't overlap you personal feeling against him with the actual facts.
I have a question, I am trying to create a config file where I stored all my recurrent actions however it doesn't work. I don't understand why, the only hypothesis I have is that you have to create each command separated which will be pretty annoying.

I am trying to figure out how to get which applications are open on a specific screen on a multi-monitor configuration on #Linux.
For example utility like #wmctrl ignores the condition of the two monitors and considers the desktop area just as larger (1920*2)*1080px.

I am using Devuan Testing as daily driver on a Virtual Machine every day as main desktop for almost everything and I am a bit concerned about something that might become a real issue.
For its entire cycle and even when Debian Buster was released at every update I have been having this output:
The following packages have been kept back: elogind libelogind0 libpam-elogind
These three packages that are fundamentals for Devuan haven't received an updated for at least one year, this is not really the best practice to make an operative system safe. This three packages are a vulnerability and make Devuan a distro unsafe to use on any scenario.
I hope they are doing to make something to improve the security of Devuan keeping these three packages updated and safes.

If #ColdFusion is so damn better than #PHP why does almost no one use it?
I read a lot of very enthusiastic comparisons on how good is #CF and eventually I can't avoid to think that most of those are paid (by Adobe) reviews...
If a thing is better and and help you to make your work faster doesn't matter if it is expensive. It has also available an open source alternative. Facebook doesn't use coldfusion but a modified PHP, not even Adobe uses ColdFusion:

I would like to use a platform which is open, free and gratis... I found that Frama Site has already all these feature but I would like to ask if you know also other services like that one.
Thanks in advance!

Why do we have a tons of non-linear editing systems available on #Gnu & #Linux and just a bunch of image editing applications?
3. #MtPaint ... 😅
Is it easier create a nle rather than an image manipulation software?
As a matter of fact we have also more raw image processors:
and if we add also photo organizers at the same list:
That is pretty weird isn't it? 😁
