I finally updated my blood pressure tracking spreadsheet for the new, stricter, guidelines. At first I wasn't happy that a lot of my "greens" are now "yellows" or "oranges". The point is I should be trying to keep it in the 120/80 or less range anyway so pedantic machinations on if it should be "pre-hypertension" or just calling it "hypertension" is moot.
