Why Republicans are going after Kansas' Kobach with a vengeance

It's striking that Kobach's announcement yesterday in Kansas made Democrats quite a bit happier than his fellow Republicans.

ACA heads back to court, with health care for millions on the line

By any sensible measure, the latest Republican case against the Affordable Care Act is absurd. And yet, here we are.

After leaving the Republican Party last week, will this be another candidate for POTUS?

Yet another candidate coming into the mix?

Diane Garber doesn't like this.

And, I do not approve of voting via internet. If you can't make it to the poling booth, Vote By Mail.

Caucus voting is flawed and should be discontinued. They eliminate anonymity which is a premise of voting in America. They are not accessible to all voters. This effort is a stupid attempt to make cacaus voting more accessible but will only make them have more invalid results IMO.

All Democratic preference elections (primary elections) should consist only of primaries and IMO be closed to registered Democrats. In some states, if you vote in a primary election, you are only given access to that party's ballot in the general election (to prevent people of one party from voting in another party's primary to skew results). That says in essence you are committing to a party when you vote in a primary and then forces you to stay with that party in the general. This makes sense to me and should be in all states IMO.

Kagan calls Supreme Court's gerrymandering ruling 'tragically wrong'

The high court's decision on partisan gerrymandering is bad for democrats, not just Democrats.

The rulings are out now... Both of the cases (one in favor of Democrats and another in favor of Republicans) regarding limits on partisan gerrymandering are rejected. An important case is a loss for Trump since the court ruled no citizenship question will be on the US Census.
