The only issue I've had with Ubuntu on my Dell Latitude E6440 is that the touch pad is erratic in that the cursor jumps around when I'm using it. For now I've just disabled it but do any #Linux pros have any recommendations?

I have the same problem with my System76 laptop. It didn't get better when I installed 18.04 instead of 16.04. Maybe I need to tweak the sensitivity. Apple has the gold standard for track pad usability.

I didn't realize that Dell had specific Ubuntu drivers available on their site until just a few minutes ago. I downloaded and installed the touchpad driver and, so far, it seems to have fixed the issue.
